This Colombian coffee stands out as a true one of a kind! To create a unique fermentation process 80 liters of indigenous mother culture is fed a mixture of orange juice, passionfruit, and molasses. This mixture is then fermented with the coffee cherries for 180 hours. The fruit ingredients contribute flavor while the sweetener increases the sugar content of the culture and fuels the fermentation process. The moment you open the bag, the distinctiveness of this coffee becomes apparent; it's unlike anything else you've ever tried.

300g of water heated to 205°

1. Rinse filter with hot water
2. Discard rinse water

4. 0:00 Spiral Pour 60g of water to bloom coffee and swirl coffee bed
5. 0:30 Center Pour 80g of water
