The Omega Story: From Humble Beginnings to a Vision Realized

Omega was born from a season of uncertainty—a time of job loss and transition that ultimately sparked a deep passion for coffee and the connections it fosters. What began as a small home roasting setup in a spare bedroom quickly grew into something much greater. Throughout the summer of 2022, we spent every weekend at farmers’ markets and events, sharing our craft and building a community around exceptional coffee.

By the summer of 2023, an opportunity arose—one that felt undeniably right. A perfect space became available, and we seized the moment. By late October, renovations were underway, and by mid-November, we welcomed friends, family, and longtime supporters for a series of soft launches. Then, on December 2nd, 2023, Omega officially opened its doors. That day, in just six hours, we served 55 drinks per hour—an unforgettable testament to the excitement and support of our community.

Since then, Omega has continued to grow, expanding into an onsite roastery and bakery, all while refining our craft and staying true to our mission: providing you with elevated coffee experiences. Every day, we strive to create more than just coffee—we aim to create moments, connections, and a standard of excellence that elevates every sip.
