TASTING NOTES Dark Chocolate | Vanilla | Brown Sugar | Berries
Our very first blend here at Omega! This blend is built to shine as an espresso offering but will still create wonderful filter offerings. Currently built from coffees of South America and Central America it boasts a strong an rich chocolate flavor. As the chocolate flavor washes across your tastebuds undertones of Vanilla, Brown Sugar, and Berries begin to emerge and create a complex and balanced cup of coffee.
We named our first blend 12.02 as a tribute to the grand opening of our very first coffee shop, The Omega Coffee Bar.
This blend is crafted and designed for all to enjoy and has become the backbone of our espresso program at The Omega Coffee Bar.
Whether you choose to make it as a espresso or filter, this coffee promises to be a consistently wonderful and cozy cup!
Our coffees do not contain natural or artificial flavorings. The listed tasting notes are the flavors the coffee naturally gives off. Our proprietary roasting methods help to enhance these flavors and the coffee’s natural sweetness.
