3.07 Blend has always been our way of exploring how coffee evolves through the seasons. Each edition reflects a new expression of flavor while honoring the moment Omega Coffee first came to life on March 7th, 2022.
This year’s Fruity Edition leans into vibrant sweetness balanced by rich depth. Built from a blend of carefully selected coffees, it captures the harmony between bright fruit and comforting chocolate tones. The result is expressive yet grounded, playful yet structured.
Each cup opens with the lively sweetness of strawberry jam, bright and inviting. As the coffee develops, smooth toffee richness begins to coat the palate, adding warmth and body. The finish settles into dark chocolate depth that lingers softly, creating a cup that feels both fruit-forward and satisfyingly balanced.
Where Cozy Edition celebrated warmth and spice, Fruity Edition celebrates contrast. Sweet fruit meets rich chocolate. Brightness meets body. It is a blend designed to feel energetic yet comforting, perfect for everyday brewing.

POUR OVER BREW GUIDE
Brew Device: Origami with Cone Filter
Coffee: 18g medium coarse grind (3.3 on Fellow Ode V2 / 425 microns)
Water: 300g at 205°F
Steps:
Rinse the filter with hot water and discard.
Add 18g of coffee.
0:00 – Pour 60g to bloom; swirl gently.
0:30 – Pour 80g to reach 140g.
1:00 – Pour 80g to reach 220g.
1:30 – Final 80g spiral pour to reach 300g.
Goal Time: 2:05–2:25

Water: 500g at 205°F
Steep for 4 minutes
Stir and skim foam
Plunge ¾ down
Pour and enjoy
AEROPRESS GUIDE
Coffee: 12g medium fine grind
Water: 200g at 205°F
Steps:
Steep for 2 minutes with piston inserted.
Swirl coffee.
Steep for 30 seconds with piston still inserted.
Slowly plunge all coffee out.
