The evolution continues. After the overwhelming success of our inaugural 3.07 Blend, we're thrilled to unveil the second chapter in this ongoing story—Berry Edition. This vibrant iteration showcases Mixed Berries, Raw Honey, and Tropical Fruit, delivering a cup that's both familiar and entirely new.
3.07 Blend remains our commitment to bright, fruit-forward profiles that capture the essence of seasonal coffee. This Berry Edition pushes deeper into complexity, blending carefully selected coffees to create a symphony of natural sweetness and dynamic acidity that changes with every sip.
Each cup opens with a medley of mixed berries—think blackberry jam meets fresh strawberries—followed by the golden richness of raw honey that coats the palate. As the coffee develops, tropical fruit notes emerge, adding layers of mango and pineapple brightness that lift the entire experience.
This blend celebrates the dynamic nature of specialty coffee while honoring our roots. 3.07 commemorates March 7th, 2022—the day Omega Coffee first launched—and with each new edition, we're reminded of how far we've traveled and how much further we can go.

POUR OVER BREW GUIDE
Brew Device: Origami with Cone Filter
Coffee: 18g of medium coffee (3 on Fellow Ode V2 / 425 microns)
Water: 300g at 205°F
Steps:
- Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
- Add 18g of coffee to the brewer.
- 0:00 - Spiral pour 60g of water to bloom the coffee, then swirl the coffee bed.
- 0:30 - Center Pour 80g of water to reach 140g.
- 1:00 - Center Pour 80g of water to reach 220g.
- 1:30 - Spiral Pour 80g of water to reach 300g.
Goal Finish Time: 2:10 - 2:25

Pro Tips:
✔ Use white flat-bottom filters whenever possible.
✔ Pre-rinse filters for the best taste.
✔ Coffee tasting sour? Grind finer to increase brew time.
✔ Coffee tasting bitter? Grind coarser to decrease brew time.
FRENCH PRESS GUIDE:
Coffee: 30g of medium grind coffee
Water: 500g at 205°F
Steps:
- Steep for 4 minutes.
- Stir coffee and scoop off excess foam.
- Plunge 3/4 of the way to the bottom.
- Pour coffee and enjoy.
