Brazil Chocolate Turtle
Introducing Brazil Chocolate Turtle – A Tribute to Brazilian Craftsmanship
From the rolling hills of Minas Gerais, Brazil, comes a coffee that embodies comfort at its finest. Grown on Lagoinha Farm by partners Carlos Canellas and Matheus Avelar, this Yellow Bourbon Natural showcases the chocolatey, full-bodied richness Brazil is known for.
Each cup opens with deep dark chocolate and smooth molasses sweetness, finishing with soft hints of pecan for a cozy, layered experience. With its velvety body and gentle sweetness, Brazil Chocolate Turtle is comfort in its purest form—warm, familiar, and effortlessly satisfying.
This lot comes from a single estate dedicated to specialty cultivation. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, then naturally dried on patios for 72 hours before milling—a process that enhances sweetness, depth, and texture. The result is a cup that’s low in acidity, full in body, and rich in flavor, with a velvety mouthfeel that lingers long after your last sip.
Brazil Chocolate Turtle is exactly what its name suggests—comfort, warmth, and satisfaction in every cup. Whether enjoyed black or with milk, it’s the kind of coffee that feels like home.
Our coffees are never flavored—every note you taste is the natural result of expert cultivation, thoughtful processing, and our precision roasting approach.
