Colombia Tropical Blueberry
Introducing Colombia Tropical Blueberry – A Celebration Of Colombian Excellence
From the mountainous Huila region in Colombia's coffee heartland comes a vibrant expression of Yellow Bourbon craftsmanship. Ten smallholder farmers across La Argentina, Oporapa, and San Agustin municipalities collaborate to produce this exceptional natural-processed coffee, showcasing the bright, fruity potential that makes Colombian coffee legendary.
Each cup unfolds like a tropical morning: opening with the rich sweetness of fresh blueberry, transitioning into bright tropical fruit complexity with hints of pineapple and grape, finishing with a clean honey-like sweetness that invites another sip.
Grown between 1600-1900 meters in Huila's volcanic soil and sun-dried on patios for 30-35 days, this coffee represents the perfect harmony between traditional Colombian methods and the innovative spirit of natural processing. The Yellow Bourbon variety, prized for its exceptional sweetness and clarity, reaches its full expression in this carefully crafted lot.
Colombia Tropical Blueberry showcases the dedication of smallholder farmers who hand-pick only the ripest cherries, ensuring that every bean contributes to the vibrant fruit-forward profile that defines this exceptional coffee.
Our coffees are never flavored—every tasting note is a result of expert cultivation, thoughtful processing, and our precise roasting approach.
