There are coffees that taste good, and then there are coffees that create pure delight. Ecuador Strawberry Delight is the latter — a vibrant natural Typica from Hacienda La Papaya, one of the most celebrated farms in Ecuador and a producer we're proud to work with again.
This is a coffee that delivers on its promise of delight. It's bursting with ripe strawberry sweetness, elevated by bright tropical fruits, and finished with a smooth, silky note of vanilla that transforms every sip into a moment of pure joy — sweet, vibrant, and effortlessly elegant.

Grown at 1900–2100 meters in the Loja region, this Typica variety was naturally processed with Hacienda La Papaya's signature precision. High elevation, slow ripening, and expertly managed drying create a cup that's explosively aromatic and brilliantly structured.

POUR OVER BREW GUIDE:
Brew Device: Origami M / Cone FIlter
Coffee: 18g of medium coarse coffee
Water: 300g at 205°F
Steps:

Rinse your filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.

Add 18g of coffee to your brewer.

Start with a 60g spiral pour to bloom the coffee and swirl the bed.

At 30 seconds, pour 80g of water in the center.

At 1 minute, pour another 80g of water in the center.

At 1:30, finish with an 80g spiral pour.
Goal Finish Time: 2:05 - 2:20
AUTOMATIC DRIP MACHINE GUIDE:
Recommended Ratios:
- 6 cups water | 58g Ground Coffee
- 10 cups water | 95g Ground Coffee
Pro Tips:
✔ Use white flat-bottom filters whenever possible.
✔ Pre-rinse filters for the best taste.
✔ Coffee tasting sour? Grind finer to increase brew time.
✔ Coffee tasting bitter? Grind coarser to decrease brew time.

Coffee: 30g of medium grind coffee
Water: 500g at 205°F
Steps:

Steep for 4 minutes.

Stir coffee and scoop off excess foam.
