Peru Apple Crisp
Introducing Peru Apple Crisp – A Celebration of Peruvian Craftsmanship
From the highlands of northern Peru, where smallholder farmers carefully cultivate their lots within the cooperative CECANOR, comes a coffee that embodies warmth, comfort, and balance. This fully washed lot reflects Peru’s rich coffee tradition, cultivated at elevations between 1650–1900 meters and dried in the sun to preserve clarity and sweetness.
Each cup unfolds like a cozy autumn morning: opening with the nostalgic flavor of baked apple, flowing into the smooth richness of golden honey, and finishing with a gentle touch of cinnamon spice. The result is a cup that feels familiar yet elevated—like homemade dessert reimagined through specialty coffee.
Grown in the clay loam soils of Cajamarca and harvested with care, this coffee represents the dedication of smallholder producers who hand-pick only ripe cherries, ensuring balance and consistency in every brew. It is a clean, sweet, and inviting profile that captures the essence of Peruvian terroir.
Our coffees are never flavored—every note you taste is the natural result of expert cultivation, thoughtful processing, and our precise roasting approach.
